New Feature in June 2012: Automatic Recurring Credit Card Billing

In the heat of the summer, we hope you are staying cool in your studio, and busy with your summer students, off from school and still on summer break.

This month, we’re pleased to announce that Studio Helper now supports Automatic Recurring Credit Card Billing for your students, or “Auto Pay”. You can charge them weekly or monthly, but the amount must be the same each period.

When students pay for an invoice, there is now an option at the bottom that says “Subscribe”.  If  students click it they’ll be able to set up their credit card or Paypal account to pay that amount every month rather than just once. Thanks to everyone who voted for this new feature, as your votes made it happen!
