Hello, this is Cathy, the Senior Support Specialist for Studio Helper. I wanted to take a moment and send a thank you for your patience, understanding and help this week since the upgrade. I know it has been difficult this week and we couldn’t have completed the fixed we did without your help! Please know that once everything is in place you will love Studio Helper even more than you do did.

We have some exciting new features we will be implementing in the near future and SH will be better than it was. And, we appreciate you for your loyalty to SH and know that I am here to help in any way I can with any questions, problems or issues you may have. Studio Helper is only successful because of you and we have not forgotten that.
